Job Title: Business Development Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive
with 2-3 years of proven experience. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving
business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, cultivating strong client relationships, and
achieving sales targets for our portfolio of IT products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
➢ Identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities and sales leads to expand our client
base.
➢ Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as a trusted
advisor to understanding their unique IT needs and challenges.
➢ Conduct compelling presentations and demonstrations of our IT solutions to potential
clients, effectively communicating their value proposition.
➢ Negotiate and close sales deals to ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes and achievement
of revenue goals.
➢ Monitor industry trends, analyze market conditions, and provide regular reports on sales
performance and opportunities.
➢ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities within
our CRM system.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience, with a preference for candidates possessing
experience within the IT industry.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate
complex IT concepts clearly and persuasively.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills, and proactive approach to
overcoming challenges.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance
objectives.
• Proficiency in utilizing CRM software for effective customer relationship management.
• Relevant experience in the specific IT area such as networking, cybersecurity, database
management, IT hardware.
• Sound understanding of network security principles, firewalls, and encryption protocols.
