Business Development Executive (AMC & Managed Services)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive with 2-
5 years of proven experience to drive the growth of our Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) for IT
products and services. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving business growth by
identifying new sales opportunities, mainly focusing on promoting AMC services, maintaining strong
customer relationships, and achieving sales targets for our portfolio of IT products and services.

Key Responsibilities:


➢ Identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities for AMC sales in target markets.
➢ Promote AMC packages to existing and potential clients, emphasizing value, uptime, and
support.
➢ Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor
to understanding their unique IT needs and challenges.
➢ Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and AMC agreements based on client requirements.
➢ Conduct compelling presentations and demonstrations of our IT services to potential clients,
effectively communicating their value proposition.
➢ Negotiate terms, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs) in alignment with company
policies.
➢ Monitor industry trends, analyze market conditions, and provide regular reports on sales
performance and opportunities.
➢ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities within
our CRM system.
➢ Provide after-sales support to resolve any issues and ensure client retention.
➢ Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a
    related field.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of sales experience, with a preference for candidates possessing
    experience within the IT industry, focusing on AMC service sales.
  • Strong understanding of AMC models and service-level agreements (SLAs)
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate
    complex IT concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills, and proactive approach to
    overcoming challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance
    objectives.
  • Proficiency in utilizing CRM software (ZOHO) for effective customer relationship
    management.
  • Relevant experience in the specific IT area such as Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC),
    networking, cybersecurity, database management, IT hardware.
  • Sound understanding of network security principles, firewalls, and encryption protocols.
